John Wayne !

After a short flight down from San Francisco I arrived in Anaheim last night for the Craft & Hobby Mega Show. I used to fly into Los Angeles, but the big airlines fly into Orange County airport in Santa Ana these days, and it's a much nicer way to arrive in Anaheim ! It is also known as the John Wayne airport, and as you exit to go and pick up the rental car you walk right past a big bronze statue of the Duke !

It was dark when I arrived but I managed to get a couple of photos :

His statue is about 8 foot tall !
