Andrea at Surtex 2011

Andrea has developed several new techniques for her latest prints. She has cleverly combined these with strong new colours and characters, that have been creating a great impression amongst our clients.

Melissa Held

Melissa has made some gorgeous handmade greeting cards for the Surtex show, and also added a lot of exciting new artwork to her prints in the collection. She has taken a new direction with her florals, and they are certainly getting a lot of attention from visitors to the booth.

Jennifer Rehm at Surtex 15th - 17th of May

Jennifer has designed some great new art for Surtex this year. Her characters are always so cute, and her use of colour and fills really make her prints stand out. We will have her collection of prints at Surtex, and also artwork that is available specifically to license.

Rachel Westhead at Surtex 15th -17th May

No apologies for not updating the blog this week. We have been working from 8.00 in the morning till 9.00 at night printing out artwork, printing posters for the show, and doing all those other things that go into making an exciting booth.

Rachel Westhead is a really exciting designer that has been with us for three years now, and her gorgeous artwork is doing really well. Jemma & Julie Gould at Surtex 15th-17th of May

Jemma and Julie Gould are twin sisters, and both exciting print designers based in the Midlands in the UK. After graduating from Staffordshire University in 2006 with degrees in Design Surface Pattern and gaining experience in the industry, they have now joined forces with us here at Cinnamon Joe Studio, creating innovative prints for our print collection. We love their graphic style, it is like a breath of fresh air !

So far their designs have sold to Paperchase, American Greetings and Gartner Greetings. Andrea's Project for Creative Teaching Press

It's always great for us when we get product samples for artwork we created. Andrea did this project, which included Wall Decor Stickers, Cootie Catchers and the cover for a Math Book :
